In Person Absentee Voting: VOTING BY IN-PERSON ABSENTEE BALLOT In-Person Absentee Ballot Voting for the November 3, 2026 General Election You may request and vote an absentee ballot in the municipal clerk’s office or other specified location during the days and hours specified for casting an absentee ballot in person. In-Person Absentee Voting Hours are as follows:  Tuesday, October 20th           1:00 – 6:00 PM Thursday, October 22nd        11:00 AM – 4:30 PM  Monday, October 26th           10:00 AM – 6:00 PM  Wednesday, October 28th     10:00 AM – 5:00 PM  Any questions may be directed to:  Lorisa Harvey, Clerk, Town of Caledonia N5479 Beich Road, Portage, WI 53901 (608) 742-4801 Office Hours: Mondays 3pm- 5pm No in-person absentee voting may occur on the day before the election.  The municipal clerk will deliver voted ballots returned on or before Election Day to the proper polling place or counting location before the polls close on November 3rd, 2026.  Any ballots received after the polls close will not be counted.  Posted: 10/202026  Sandi Dexter, Deputy Town Clerk, Town of Caledonia

Town Caucus

Town Caucus to be held on Wednesday, January 11 @ 6:30 pm

The Town Caucus is to nominate candidates for the April 4, 2023 election of town officials for the offices of: Town Clerk, Town Treasurer, Town Chairman and Town Supervisors.

Please note that only town electors (municipal resident who is at least 18 years old and a U.S. Citizen) may nominate and/or vote for candidates for office. If you are not a registered voter but wish to participate in the caucus, you must bring proof of residence showing your current residence (valid Wisconsin Drivers
License, Wisconsin ID, utility bill, bank statement, etc.) to the meeting.
