Public Input Regarding ATV / UTV use of Town Roads

The Caledonia Town Board is collecting public opinion on a possible ordinance that would open all town roads to ATV/ UTV traffic. Currently, State Statutes allow the use of ATV/UTVs on town roads for agricultural use between farm properties; however, the Town Board may adopt an ordinance allowing all such vehicles to travel on town roads.  Columbia County opened most county roads to ATV/ UTV traffic in March. The Town Board is asking property owners to send written comments on such an ordinance, including their residence address, to the Clerk, Stephanie Brensike, at [email protected], or N5479 Beich Rd, Portage, WI 53901
