Land Rental Bid

The Township of Caledonia is seeking bids for a land rent contract for 20 tillable acres near the Town Refuse Site.
Interested bidders may submit bids for both a 3-year term and a 5-year term to the Caledonia Town Hall, N5479 Beich Rd., Portage, WI 53901, on Mondays between the hours of 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. or Mail bids to: Barb Davis, Town Clerk, N5479 Beich Road, Portage, WI 53901
Sealed bids are due by Monday, March 11th, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.
Bid Opening will occur on Wednesday, March 13th, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.
The land rent contract is for a 3-year term or a t-year term, beginning April 1, 2024. The Town reserves wthe right to reject any or all bids and to award a bid which is in the best interest of the Town.
