Plan Amendment: Peter Tonn Property


The Comprehensive Plan guides the future growth, development and preservation within the Town.  The
proposed amendments include an update to the Planned Land Use maps, which guide future zoning and
other decisions, and amendments to the “Land Use” chapter to correspond to the updated maps.   The
proposed amendment involves a change in the Future Land Use Map concerning real estate located in a
portion of SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 19 and a portion of the N ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 30, T12N, R9E, of
the Town of Caledonia, Columbia County, Wisconsin.  That real estate is part of the following Caledonia Tax
Parcel Numbers:

                       11-004-1150.B         15.43 acre parcel
       
It has been requested that the Future Land Use Map covering those parcels be changed from A-1
(Exclusive Agricultural District) to C-3 (Highway Interstate).

Any interested person may review or obtain copies of the Comprehensive Plan, the Future Land Use Map

caltown@caltown.org.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk before
the public hearing date.  All written comments will be forwarded to the Town Board and Plan Commission.
